Blue Shepherd Mix Adopts Tiny Dog And Their Bond Is Inseparable
Not only do humans adopt pets as companions, but pets also need their own companions and often "adopt" new pets introduced into the household.
Meet Storm, the blue shepherd mix, whose mom adopted another puppy named Milo, and these two are the cutest and most unusual dog sibling bundles you've ever seen. Let's take a look!

These two are a dream team.
Look at how gentle Storm is with Milo, who is a Jack Russell terrier mix puppy.
Storm probably knows he's the big brother now and gently cares for his tiny sibling by kindly playing with him and protecting him, as German shepherds are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and protective instincts.
Dogs often form strong bonds with their companions, and it looks like Storm and Milo find comfort in each other's company, which can help alleviate loneliness and anxiety, especially if they were previously in a shelter or had a traumatic experience.
However, the introduction of two dogs, especially when one is significantly larger than the other, is a gradual and supervised process. This allows them to get used to each other's presence and body language, especially for German shepherds. They can get along with other dogs when they are well-socialized, trained, and introduced properly.
And while dogs are social animals, they have their own ways of forming bonds. They communicate through body language, play, and vocalizations.
In general, smaller dogs tend to initially be more cautious or anxious around larger dogs, but over time, they may start to play together and build trust.
However, in Milo and Storm's case, it looks like it was love at first sight, and Milo didn't seem scared of Storm's size. It might be because Milo is a puppy and they tend to be more curious than older dogs, which helps with building that bond.
Regardless, it's heartwarming to watch two completely different breeds of dogs get along so harmoniously.
