One person commented, "Millions of dollars worth of dogs right here. Beautiful."

They aren't that far off because Tibetan Mastiff puppies, according to Spot Pet Insurance, can cost a pretty penny. They say:

"If you choose to purchase a Tibetan Mastiff from a breeder, you puppy will cost an average of $2000 - $6000, but puppies with champion bloodlines can cat as much as $12,000. A puppy's color, age, gender, and the breeder's reputation all affect the cost of the puppy. A red Tibetan Mastiff can cost between $2500-$10,000, while a black Tibetan Mastiff while still expensive, would be on the lower end of the price range because a black coat is more common. Because this breed is so rare, finding a Tibetan Mastiff at a shelter is relatively rare, but there is one shelter in the United States, Tibetan Mastiff Rescue Inc. Where they are available for adoption. If you are able to find a Tibetan Mastiff available for adoption, you will be able to bring home a puppy at a fraction of their typical cost."

This is not the most expensive Tibetan Mastiff, because Dogster says, "We mentioned earlier that the Tibetan Mastiff is a status symbol in China, and people are willing to pay millions for the dogs. And in 2011, Big Splash, a red Mastiff, supposedly sold for 10 million yuan ($1.5 million)! This was the most expensive sale of a dog ever recorded, making this breed the most expensive dog in the world."

Amazing. I think we can all agree that they are amazingly adorable, no matter how much they cost!
