Attention pet owners: your favorite rug brand has officially entered the dog bed market. Ruggable officially launched a line of pet beds that are, of course, totally washable.

The new line is a long-awaited answer to fans' pleas over the years for the brand to make a pet bed. According to Ruggable, it's actually their most-requested new product from customers. And, fortunately, the brand delivered—not only with the signature washability factor, but also on style and comfort.
The bed comes in three sizes—small, medium, and large—and 13 different styles. There are nine upholstery patterns, including a black-and-cream plaid and natural checkered design that would look perfect in Ree Drummond's home on the ranch. Heck, even the oriental-style Harper design would fit beautifully in any cottage. There are also four bouclé covers that come in solid colors—olive, navy, taupe, and coral.
In signature Ruggable fashion, the beds are all incredibly easy to clean in the washing machine and durable enough to resist the wear and tear of our furry family members. As any Ruggable owner can attest—their products blend comfortability and efficiency in the most effortless way.
Speaking of comfort, Fido will love this bed just as much as you. That's because the bed was ergonomically designed to work with your pet's body. It has a high-density foam base for support, while the memory foam topper enhances comfort. The balance of the two is great for dogs of all ages, especially those who might need extra support at pressure points and joint relief.
Considering Ruggable founder Jeneva Bell's dogs were the impetus of the brand, the shift into the pet bed market felt totally organic. "Being a pet owner is what inspired me to create Ruggable more than 10 years ago," she said. "I realized no rug existed that was both pet-friendly and owner-friendly."
The dog beds start at $169 for the small size (dogs up to 25 pounds) and goes up to $269 for large (dogs up to 80 pounds). This might seem like a lot for a dog bed, but testing on dog beds would lead any owner to one conclusion: getting a great bed for your dog, even if it is a bit of a splurge, is totally worth it. Buying a $30 dog bed every year because your dog chewed it up, had an accident on it, or just got the cushion dirty, adds up over time. Plus, those cheap dog beds probably aren't offering enough support for your pup, and as the mom to a senior dog, that's of utmost importance to me. Your dog sleeps on their bed every night (and probably a lot during the day)—they should be comfortable! And one that isn't an eye-sore in the living room is that much better.
