The event is set for Oct. 27 from 10 a.M. To 4 p.M. At Walla Walla Toyota. It's a day focused on finding homes for the shelter's adoptable animals.
Because of Walla Walla Toyota's sponsorship and donations to the adoption fund, all adoptions and fees are covered. There are over 65 cats and dogs ready to find their new families.
Animals will be available on a first come, first served basis. The shelter recommends pre-applying online to help speed up the adoption process.

On Saturday, Miller Hill Subaru in Duluth began their 2024 pet adoption weekend event with a flurry of felines.
"It is just a great organization for animals who don't have homes to find homes. There is four other organizations here as well and everybody has adoptable cats that are looking for their forever homes," said Sarah Brasel, a worker from Lake County Humane Society.
The event hosted local animal shelters including Animal Allies, Lake County Humane Society, Chequamegon Humane Association along with vendors.
Over 30 cats were adopted at Saturday's event, and many shelters such as the Lake County Humane Society hope to adopt out all available pets during the weekend's event.
Saturday's event was all for the cats and ran from 10AM-3PM. Sunday will bring adoptable dogs to the public and will also run from 10AM-3PM.
